Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched.

Shipping Methods
We use Royal Mail and trusted couriers for all deliveries.
Estimated delivery times:

Royal Mail 1st Class: 1–2 business days
Tracked 24/48: 1–3 business days
International Shipping: 5–10 business days

(Delivery times may vary during busy periods.)

Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 business days (UK) or 20 business days (international), please contact us. We’ll investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund once the parcel is confirmed lost.

Preorders
Orders containing preorder items will be shipped once all items are available unless arranged otherwise.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from underdeck. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Sealed trading card products (e.g. booster boxes, decks) must remain factory sealed.

Please contact us at sales@underdeck.co.uk with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you will be responsible for return postage.
For faulty or incorrect items, UnderDeck will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend orders if stock errors or pricing mistakes occur.

Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Preorders
Release dates are provided by our suppliers and may change. If a preorder product is delayed or shorted, we will contact you to offer a refund or alternative.

Liability
UnderDeck is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Preorders allow you to reserve upcoming trading card products before release.

Payment
Payment is taken at the time of purchase to secure your preorder.

Release Dates
Release dates are subject to change based on manufacturer or distributor delays. We will notify you of any changes.

Allocations & Shortages
In rare cases, distributor allocations may reduce available stock. If your preorder cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellations
Preorders can be cancelled up to 7 days before release date. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed as stock may already be committed.

Shipping
Preorder items will ship on or shortly after the official release date.

We value your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Name, email address, billing and shipping address, payment details.
Optional data like account preferences or communication opt-ins.

How We Use It

To process and deliver your orders.
